Do I pay anything before leads start coming in?
No. There’s no application fee, no setup fee, and no monthly subscription. You only pay the per-lead fee when we send you a qualified lead, and the commission only when you close and complete the work.
What does the commission apply to — labor only, or materials too?
The commission applies to the total invoice value of work you complete for the homeowner, including both labor and materials. We’ll confirm the specifics during your onboarding conversation after approval.
Can I pause or cancel if my schedule fills up?
Yes. You can pause lead delivery at any time — for example, if you’re at capacity or in a slow period. Just let us know and we’ll hold your territory while you’re paused. You won’t lose your spot or your locked-in rate.
I work in a rural county. Will there be enough leads?
Lead volume varies by county based on homeowner activity and population density. In lower-volume counties, we adjust the lead fee accordingly to keep the model fair. We’ll give you an honest estimate of expected lead volume for your service area when we review your application.
What if two partners cover the same county?
We cap the number of partners per county to limit competition and protect lead quality. When a homeowner requests help, we match them to the best-fit partner based on service type, availability, and profile — not just whoever claims the lead first.
How long does the approval process take?
Most applications are reviewed within 1–2 business days. Verification (license, insurance, service area) typically takes another 2–3 days. Most partners are fully set up and receiving leads within 7–10 days of submitting their application.
I’m not sure which tier is right for me. Can I switch later?
Yes. You can switch tiers as your business needs evolve. Your founding partner rate locks in at the tier you choose at approval — so if you upgrade to a higher tier later, the new rate reflects whatever the current pricing is at that time. Most new partners start with Starter and upgrade once they see results.
